The COVID-19 pandemic is continuing to spread within our community, and we know it is affecting many of you personally, professionally, and financially. Here at Falmouth Energy we provide an essential service for the community and will continue to operate and adhere to the recommendations provided to us from local, state, and federal agencies.
That being said, we have taken a few precautions in order to keep our customers and our team members safe. Please find below the outlined changes we’ll temporarily be making to our service and office hours.
Office Hour Modifications
- Our office at 21 North Main Street is closed to visitors and customers
- Please call (508) 548-3200 to contact us
- We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- After-hours emergency service is still available
- Payments can be made by mail, phone, or through our website
Fuel Oil Delivery Precautions
- Fuel deliveries will continue on the normal schedule
- If you notice you are below ¼ tank, please call us
- Delivery tickets will not be left at the door
- A copy of the metered ticket will be mailed to you
- Please stay in the house and do not interact with the drivers
- Drivers will not be picking up payments
- All payment arrangements need to be made with the office
HVAC Service Procedure
- We are available to provide service for your heat and hot water systems
- Call the office or email us through the website to schedule an appointment
- Please provide the technician access through a basement door or bulkhead so they do not need to go through the house
- Please let us know if you or anyone in your house is sick
- Please maintain a safe area and adhere to social distancing recommendations
